Liability

Term and Termination
The user agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. It can be terminated in text form by either party at any time without giving reasons, subject to a notice period of one week.
Governing Law
This agreement is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany with the exception of the UN Sales Convention (CISG of April 11, 1980) in its currently valid version) and international law (in particular the German conflict of laws).
