How It Works
- As soon as your Whooming account has been set up, you must reject any hidden calls that you receive.
- You will be able to see the phone number of the person who called you with the hidden number within a few seconds.
- If you want to take a test by being called from a hidden phone number, you must prefix # # # (from a smartphone) or * 67 # (from a landline) to your number.
- With Whooming, only blocked calls received and rejected after installation will be shown in the list of rejected calls.
- At Whooming's first launch, some smartphones ask permission to access your contacts list and show notifications. App functionality requires you to click "Allow" to consent.
- In the event that an anonymous caller hangs up before receiving the busy signal, it is not possible to identify the blocked call (even if it is rejected), since the call was not diverted to our server in time.
- We recommend checking your phone credit. Call forwarding is free, as is whooming, but some operators require that the phone credit not be terminated before forwarding. A minimum of one euro should always be in your wallet.
